* The HVI Certified Products Directory (CPD) is an approved certification database for determining whether a residential ventilating fan (RVF, as defined by the state) meets the minimum efficiency standards and is eligible for sale in the following states: VT & NY. For other states that have established minimum efficiency standards for all RVFs sold in the state, the HVI CPD is for informational use only, and RVF compliance should be confirmed in that state's approved certification database. Consult the state's law for any additional requirements which RVFs must meet before being approved for sale in that state. This site should not be relied upon or construed as legal advice.
